Tina Wenzel is a member of the Steuerberaterkammer Hessen / Hessen Chamber of Tax Consultants (Europa-Allee 52, 60327 Frankfurt am Main), which is also the responsible supervisory authority.
The legal professional title “tax consultant” was awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Tax consultants are subject in particular to the following professional regulations:
- Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG)
- Implementation Ordinance to the Tax Consultancy Act (DVStB)
- Professional Code of Conduct of the Federal Chamber of Tax Consultants (BOStB) and
- Tax Consultant Remuneration Ordinance (StBVV)
